weight update.

Well I went to HMC in hattiesburg today to swim and walk the tread mill and hopped on the scales and was suprised to see I had lost either 2 0r 4 more lbs I say this cause the last time I weighed they were 2 lbs heavyer than Dr clevelands scales and this was on the same day so if it is still 2 lbs heavier I have lost 4 lbs and am at -97 if not I am at -95 but either way I am happy I mean I am almost at the century mark and it has been just over 3 months.

And while I was doing my water areobics I looked up and saw the biggest smile you can imagine n Ms Armstrongs face she is looking great and she is like me smiling all the time. She was coming for her first therapy since her bloodclot. Bless her heart. She is such a great lady and I had a great time visiting with her for a few. You all dont have to much fun tonight at the meeting and I will see you all next month i promise. Barry

Barry you are doing so so good. I am 7 months out and just hit the century mark. Which I am glad don't get me wrong. But congrats on your great success. Wish your son luck for me tonight. Becky

Good job, I think we're on about the same track. My scale at home is a little off from Dr King's, but I questimate I have lost around 65 since my surgery.

Pj, I drug my scales up to the office and weighed on theirs, Then Mine, So I could always know exactly Where I stood "Officially," I think it was Peggy, who told me I wasn't The first to come walking in with my own scales.
