I weighed this morning. I am down to 326.4 lbs and have lost 35.1 lbs and had my surgery 4 weeks ago today. I am very tickled and have lost almost 7 inches in my waist. I am up to walking 4 miles a day and riding my bike 3 to 5 miles a day. I am very excited, can you tell? I have a friend who is trying to get the surgery done, but she is having insurance problems. Please put her on your prayer lists. She has leg and ankle problems and really needs the surgery. Her name is Lee and I told her this group was a really great group of encouraging friends. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!! You are doing GREAT!!! I am so proud of and for you!!!! Man, I wish I could walk and ride a bike, but my day will come for that! I have already told Santa I want a bike for Christmas! I am very, very jealous of walkers cause I miss walking so much! When Jon was a babe, we used to cover about 10 miles a day and even when Em was tiny, we walked alot, but alas, the knees gave out..... Smoochies Arlies PS Tell your friend, we got her back! And to come join us!

Thats wonderful Billy.. I will add you to my "YOU TURN ME GREEN WITH ENVY" list. Your among good company with the other males on this board. Men lose so fast! Thats great for you. I am glad you ride a bike. I like to ride too but have gotten out of the habit. I had done it reguraly for awhile and then it got cold. Last time I rode it was 14 miles. I am ready to start again. I need too. Tell Lee that lots of us on here have had insurance problems and there is no better place to come and talk about it than here. I went thru 2 denials before I was approved and it almost consumed me. My life revolved around it and it was taking a toll on my family. I was burned out emotionally and I think that was the hardest part of the entire process for me. I will keep you both in my prayers. Your doing great. Keep up the fantastic job!
