Thanks Iris, I've STOPED! I guess I was just testin the pouch to see what she could handle, and she passed with flyin colors! LOL I wish that i couldn't eat it would make this so much eaiser, but i guess noone told me that this would be easy, and boy were thay right! And I'm back on our Drs plain except for the jogging part, I can't do that yet, i did walk alittle over a mile today and i was give out! DAWN
It looks like you are eating mostly protein, I only hope that I can heal as fast as you! No flames from me, I am sooo weak myself!!! Did Arlies email you the booklet on nutrition from Keesler that she has on file? She sent it to me and it is really good! I have read it a bunch of times, but it seems as if the real big no no is seeds! I love pumpkin seeds, Chinese are fanatic for seeds and eat them all the time, I will be sorry that I cannot have them.........
You could up the protein in the shake if you need to, I tried the jar instructions the first time and thought I was going to explode after I drank that much! I also blended stawberries into the vanilla and a teaspoon of coffee powder into another!!! Yummy! I definately am not hungry when I drink the shakes....... Yikes!!!! I am off sugar now and doing better, maybe when I get home at the end of the week, will not miss it!
But I take heart in the fact that later on I can have a small bite of things I love, WHEN I reach goal!!!!
Been thinking about you this morning and remembering when I was first out from surgery. I had ALOT of head hunger problems. I still do but in the beginning I did but didnt really act on it yet. I mourned food but was a little farther out before I really gave in to the demons other than the sausage which was so stupid.
I wonder if you are at home with your kids all day? I know when I had my surgery my daughter was in school and while I was at home I constantly went back and forth to the refridgerator. The temptation was always there and I knew from the very beginning that I HAD TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE. I went back to work after 2 weeks and keeping busy helped keep my mind off of food. Whenever I would get bored I would get up and walk to the fridge just to see what was in it.

Thank you christine you are so much of a comfort to me right now just to look at you now and know that you were just like me before really gives me hope! I am at home all day with the kids and i go look in the frig and the pantry and just stare at whats in there! LOL I'm doing much better though and its so much easier when Donnie gets home he helps me through the head hunger. I'll e-mail you my number. Thanks DAWN

My sisters name is Elon shes three years younger, she was a good student in beta club but not tag. I'm not related to Michelle I know she was is your tag group. I wasn't very heavy back then but i did have huge boobies and i had hair a mile and a half high! LOL Does this help? DAWN
I am not sure what we would flame you about. Is the only problem that you arent pureeing this stuff? If you are chewing it up good and its not getting stuck then I would not sweat it.
The food intake looks okay and I dont see where you are eating too much or the wrong things. Some of that actually looks a little tasty.
Dont sweat the weight loss. You are gonna lose! Its not like you are eating ice cream or potato chips right now. Your choices seem to be good ones. Dont sweat it.
Think about it---a month ago what were you eating? I am sure it was no where near as small an amount as what you are eating now. That is an accomplishemnt. You are doing fine.
