Still haven't found a store that has any. Went to the big city today ( Tupelo) but Kroger didn't have it. There was a lady that overheard me asking about it and she gave me the washing it tip to remove some of the sodium. What would be the best way to do this. Maybe put it in a strainer and run water over it?

I did finally find a cereal though. It's called Hi-Lo, 12g protein, 1g sugar, and 5g net carbs. Cereal with skim milk is on my Drs approved list, but I bought some soymilk to eat with it. Haven't tasted it yet, but I'm just gonna use it as a late night snack if I need to get my carbs in for the day.

I would put the tuna in a strainer and run water over it.....I have one that is like a screen wire strainer. I think that would work best.... Smoochies Arlies
