yummmy power crunch bar!

Just thought I'ld share my experiance with the vanilla cream power crunch bar( at bariatric eatting)! i got them yesterday and i couldn't wait to try one so i went ahead and gave her a try!!! They are soooo good i only was able to eat about1/4th of it though , i saved the rest for tonight! they are not low in cals though you have to watch that, but deffinatly a good treat and get your protein in also! I have heard so many people talk about the power crunch bars and how good they are. What flavors do those come in? I may have to get me some of those. I still do the bars from time to time when I am in a hurry and need a quick meal on the go. Melissa

They come in vanilla, cookies and cream, choco, and peanut butter thats all i can remember! normaly i would have gotten the choco, or peanut butter, but i heard so much about the vanilla that i had to try it , it is sweet but good to me ! Ialso hear that they are good frozen. they have a mixed box i'll get it next time and try all of them and see which i like best. DAWN

I love peanut butter. I am having a peanut butter protein bar in a little while. It is a Southbeach bar you can get at Walmart. They are pretty good. They don't have too many calories and have 10 grams of protein. I like the cinnamon raisin and cranberry almond in those too. But I just may have to order some power crunch bars in peanut butter. Frozen sounds good. Melissa

Everyone on OH told me that the Peanut Butter Power Crunch tasted like the Little Debbie p.b. bars so I bought 2 boxes!! They are gross!!!!!!! My husband tasted one the other day and spit it out. They have the worst after taste. I have heard that the vanilla ones are good. May have to stick my neck out and try them!! Kits
