Hey on one of the recipies it called for 3 sifter fulls of flour could someone tell me what to do if I don't have a sifter how much do I use??????

made them already--the chicken and dumplings. well in the middle of it now but the dumplings are made

My sifter hold 2 cups, so that would be 6 cups

I think I made the dumplings toooo small but so far they are good... (took some tastes)
