Thank you... WHen they first asked me to write an article I was like "Oh, hellllll no"... I am not a writer. I actually wished they would have asked and let me answer but now, on my 3rd, I am glad that I wrote them. It seems to be a little theraputic for me too and I hope that my honesty is seen clearly and people dont just think I am a moron who cant push myself away from the table. Are you going to make it to the support meeting on the 20th?

Christine, , I just read your article and I am always a day late and a dollar short. It was Fab-boo- Less . I know you were speaking for all of us. I know alot was your feelings but I could tell you were also speaking for the one's who couldn't speak. Often times people judge us just by looking at us with out knowing the whole story. Hopefully your article with pictures will help open a few more eyes, a few more hearts, a few more ears and most of all, a few more doors. So often we can't get jobs, service, or just respect. Maybe your article can help very much toward that. Great Job!!! You get two claps, a , a and a snap. You go girl!!!!! ((((((HUGS))))))) and

Sandra, What am I going to do with you?? You are ALWAYS late!! Even late to the meetings.. HAHA... You are right.. when people see an obese person there first thought is lazy and sloppy. Thats so not the case. I wish more people really UNDERSTOOD obesity and werent so judgemental about obese people. Thanks for the snap! You are so great! Christine

Sandra. When you and I first started talking many many months ago you had 2 profiles out there. This one and your other one that you used for so long. You changed that one to Redd Foxx. Now you are using this one --I like it cause I can see your face... but you need to update that profile of yours and get that info about VOC Rehab off and give some kudos to our doctor!! Hehe.. Love ya lots, CC

Awesome article! I certianly can relate about looking in the mirror and still seeing that fat girl. Will those feelings ever go away? Maybe with time. I've got 6 pounds till my doctor's goal and another 10 to my personal goal. You are a great inspiration. Melinda

Way to go Melinda.. You are getting so close! Thats great! The answer is no to seeing the fat girl.. Well for me anyway. I think I will always see her. But, who knows.. maybe after a tummy tuck there wont be a constant reminder... Keep up the great work!

Hi Christine, You did a GREAT JOB! Thank you for expressing private and very serious emotions with all of us. You and Melissa were so cute in your jeans. You both have proved the importance of haveing a support partner for the journey. I still wish Dr. Whitehead could be my doctor. He and his wife both were so sweet to come to our bash on a Sunday afternoon, when I am sure a nap would have been so nice. Tell him thank you for all of us. Keep us all pumped with your enthusiasm! Smiles, Jan Brown

I know...I thought that was really classy of him and his wife to come and they even brought a cooler. He is just too cool. I told him I didnt recognize him without his clothes on (meaning his doc jacket).. he laughed and said not to say that too loudly. I wish he could be your doctor too. He is awesome and I just love him to pieces. I had total faith in him even though I was like his 16th bariatric patient.
