WEIGHTLOSS UPDATE ON MEEEE!!!

Last night before the UMC meeting i snuck into the clinic and jumped on the scales just to see how much i have lost because i just could NOT wait till august to find out!!!! and GUESS WHAT!!! I am down to 406!!!! So that is 68 pounds from surgery on May 2nd and 80 pounds from my heaviest of 486!!!!!!! so all togeather I have lost a GRAND TOTAL OF 80 pounds!!!!! AND I FEEL GRRRREEEEAAATTTTT!!!!! Love yall! Angie Bea (heaviest/@surgery/presant) 486/474/406

Way to go Angie!! I am so proud of you! You just flew right past my weight loss I feel like I stay on a constant plateau! I only lose a pound or two a week now, but I am still happy with my results! Rhonda 240/172/125 -68 pounds forever!!
