Oh no not again

Just wanted to let ya'll know my back is giving me problems again. I've called my doc this morning about setting me up for those steroid shots in the spine. I was gonna try to get by without them but every 2-3 weeks it is giving me fits and I don't know how much longer I can deal with this. Just not a good time right now because its the summer and I have my niece and we like to go and do and I can't.So if you don't mind keep me in your prayers right now that is the best therapy. Thanks for listening to me vent. Becky

i am sorry to hear about your back problem. I have been going to the chiropractor for weeks for my lower back. It has helped so much and now I am strengthening my lower back at Curves and that is helping too. I have a weak lower back. The worst part about my problem is I can't stand long at all. That keeps me from doing with my family. Some days are really bad. Straight walking is fine but loitering around like Walmart or the zoo is torture. We go on vacation next week so I am excited and worried. My husband wants me to do everything with them and it is really hard on me sometimes. I will do fine. Now back to you and off my soapbox. I am so sorry your back is giving you problems again especially being that it is summer time and things are always more hectic. My mother-n-law and grandmother both have degenerative disc disease and they swear by those injections. It keeps them able to move and go and do anyway. Good luck and I will keep you in my prayers.
