Meeting next week with Rankin Co. Voc. Rehab

I have been trying for two weeks to talk to someone at Rankin Co. Vocational Rehab - still have not talked to anyone, but I did get a letter yesterday from them telling me I have an appointment on Thursday. I am so scared that I will do something to screw this up. Has anyone had any dealings with Rankin Co. Voc. Rehab and can give me any pointers or tell me what to expect? This site has been so helpful to me with making my decision on having weight loss surgery. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield State insurance and they will not cover the surgery, therefore I will have to pay for it myself. I need all the help I can get, if I am going to be able to do this and help myself. Let me know if anyone has any advice............. Thanks! Marci McCollum [email protected]

Talk with Angie Bea. I don't remember if she is in Hinds or Rankin county (she's on the edge of Pearl and Brandon.) But she used voc rehab and can give you the ins and outs. Hi Marci, I went thru Voc. Rehab. in Rankin Co. I used Donnie Frazier and he is a DOLL!!! He calls and checks on you and will help you in any way possible. If at all possible ask for him as your case worker and tell him I sent you his way. they are very very nice! I did not have one problem with them at all.....so if at all possible try to get with Donnie Frazier...I will call him and leave your name with him.
