It is really good, Dr. Byars said this or Carnation instant breakfast This is Really Good, Orange Creme tastes like a Push up, Vanilla Creme like homemade ice cream. it's good 170 Calories, cals from fat 80, Protein 20g sugars 1g carbs 4g fat 9g try it

I drink the AA Chocolate Delight. It is sweet, if you like sweet. They also have a Chocolate Royale, but I didn't like it as well.

I also drink the chocolate delight the Chocolate royale was too sweet for me. But if you say the orange creme taste like a push up I'll just have to try that. Thanks Becky
