I am thinking Oct 22, 2005* ( a Saturday) at Roosevelt State Park in Morton, MS (since that park is almost dead center of MS) for the next bash. I am going tomorrow to look at the Pavilions AND they have a conference room (used for picnics and weddings and reunions) that holds 250 people..... The conference room is pricey, but I may go with that so that we don't have to worry about the weather because the pavilions hold maybe 40 people....that's why I am going to look....so sound off and tell me what you think about the date, place, etc....And any comments on how you want this to be....potluck, catered, etc...Lemme know!!!! YOU LURKERS COME OUT OF THE WOOD WORK!!!! LET'S HEAR FROM EVERYBODY!!!

*Date can and may be changed due to availablity of the conference room if we go with that....lemme know....also the park offers catering with the room...dunno how much yet....
Thats my birthday!!! How much are the conference rooms? I will definatly chip in.
Its fine by me! Catered can get to be pricey but its up to yall. Nobdy should be stuck with that bill and getting an accurate count and money to split may be hard. Its up to yall. I didnt mind cooking last time. It was all really good food.
Conference room is $150....Pavilions are $42.65...you can have them cater OR bring your own food. I am leaning toward bringing stuff so we know we can eat what we have!!! BUT everyone should bring about 1/3 to 1/4 of the food they brought to the H'burg bash!!!! I will also make you a sugar-free birthday cake of some type!!!

Sounds great to me. I think we should bring
our own food too. Grilling sounds good.
I will be glad to pitch in for either/or.
Also I don't know what ya'll think but
I was thinking since we are gonna do this
quite often we may not need to always
have door prizes. Just maybe goodies for
the kids to play with. But if ya'll decide to
have door prizes lets all pitch in to bring them
so no one has so much expense on them.
