Ok, time for countdown, Got a date(s)????

Just got off the phone with Oschners and my surgery date will either be June 27th, or July 12th. The doctor is off on July 5th. I finally got the list of tests, my doctor here is flipping out just waiting for them, so finally wheels are rolling, and me pressuring them all the way!!!!! Got my money togather too, so just need to buy 2 new suitcases and pack!!!! (Dont buy good luggage for the plane, it is dead after 2 or 3 trips overseas, they beat it to death with baseball bats and have gorillas jump on it, I swear!) I will have a cell phone number and will post it so that anyone can call !!!! OMG I am completely flipping out!!!!!!!!

Thanks Becky! I think that my primary care doctor is more nervous than I am! LOL! She wants to make sure that all tests are done and that everything is right. She is such a doll and is sooo interested in this, I predict that this surgery will be a coming thing in Hong Kong..... I have seen some very large Chinese people lately..... Diabetes is also one of the biggest problems for Chinese, and my sisters in law all have high blood pressure now......

You know, lady, that you have given me so much confidence in preparing for this surgery!!!! And you are looking so good. How much longer will you need to use your chair? And what size are you in now???? Your husband will be sooo jealous of all the men who will be flocking around your gorgeous self!!!!! I will bet that Em is thrilled with how well you are doing, and am looking forward to meeting you both!

Hey Cheryl! Good for you!! Which surgeon are you using? Mine is Dr. Kennedy, but both of them are really terrific. The WLS Clinic there is awesome! Rebecca
