Here's a few things that ...

Funny baby stories.... here's one for ya - I teach private piano - have for years. As I checked into the hospital one day, one of my previous piano students catches me in the hall ands says "Miss Kim!" I about died. First of all, I couldn't believe I was that old, and second I was thinking - oh please, don't let her be my nurse. Well, wouldn't you know it - next thing I know she's walking into my room saying "Ok, time to check you!" I about died! HUGS Kimberly

Well at least we know you are n ormal. ha I did worry also about stuff like that. I am somewhat layed back though aobut being naked while knocked out. Hey if they can stand it so be it. I had complications so I was away from my 3 kids for 14 days. They had grown a bushel when I got back. It happens without us but we don't want to admit it. I didn't think they would survive without me. I really worried about them but kids are tough. You will do fine. Jane

TOO LATE!!! My eyes are rollin' around like marbles!!!! NOBODY likes being nekkid on that table, but trust me, you won't know it or care!! And guess what? They have seen people nekkid that look tons (literally!) worse than you - me, fer instance....AND they lived to tell the story!!! As did I!!! EVERYBODY WORRIES that they will have the surgery and be the only one in the world not to lose weight.....ain't gonna happen....You will lose weight.....how much and how long it stays off depends on how well you follow the rules - and trust me at almost 5 months out, I still DON"T HAVE A CHOICE about following the rules....If I don't, I puke!!!!! And even I have lost weight!!! Your dh will love you anyhows.....if you get too skinny, we will simply kill you and be done with it.....so you see, you don't have to worry about what your hubby will think about you being too skinny! As for not telling them at work, he probably just didn't want the extra pressure added to you or the comments about you taking the "easy way out." Or hear the HORROR stories.... Keelser gave me the choice - bowl prep or liquids for 2 days prior...I was terrified of intestine getting nicked and me turning septic so I went 4 days on liquid prior!!! (you aren't the only paranoid one!!) Yep, in those 3 days while you are hospitalized, all your kids will starve to death, go cold (in June in Mississippi) and dirty....Poor tykes....I will send someone to your house from child services IMMEDIATELY!!!! heh...heh..heh.... Take a breath and calm down!!!!!! All will be fine!!!! I love ya!!!
