Water Aerobics

It's unbelievable but I am not sore at all today. I really thought that I would be though because she really worked us hard. I had already had a massage scheduled for this morning at 9:45 anyway, and boy did it feel good! I am so relaxed... My hubby and I are going to the pool on base in a little while to try and get some sun as well as to swim. See you on Sunday. Stay busy and don't think about the surgery, everything is going to be just fine! Rhonda

I go to water aerobics at the new YMCA in Flowood and it is wonderful. I try to go every afternoon after work. It is such a good workout and doesn't make your arthritis hurt. June Wilson RNY 3/14/05 - 58 pounds (as of today)
