it's perfectly normal to slow down
Don't worry yourself, just keep an eye on the scales, if you start GAINING is when you need to worry. I 'm a slow loser, but regardless I've continously lost throughout every month, and altogether I'm down 133 lbs, still losing between 2-5 lbs per month. You actually lose with this tool until you adjust your food intake, some people lose for a whole two years and continue if they go back to the "pouch rules".
So don't worry, just keep up the good work, drink your water, eat proteins first and get exercise whenever you can. You'll be just fine
