I HAVE A DATE!!!

I found out this afternoon that everything's a go - my surgery will be Monday, June 13!!!!

I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I'm to go on a sugar-free all liquid diet starting this Monday. Anyone else have to do that? They said it's to decrease the size of the liver before surgery.

My surgeon is Dr. Colleen Kennedy at Ochsner in New Orleans. A really sweet lady! They have a really great WLS team there. Rebecca

Congratulations, rebecca!!! I understand your excitement and nervousness! You are ready to get it done, like yesterday, but you are nervous about the unknown. Don't worry, you'll be fine. Sue said that it was her birthday, well, it is my granddaughter's birthday, too. I bet it is your lucky day!!
