Well, I'm not as excited as I thought I'd be today.

My original date given to me today was June 20th. After calling my work, I realized that it would really be putting them in a bind. So - my other date option was July 18th. So that's the date. Regardless, it's going to happen, and everyone is as happy as they are going to get.

So YEAH! I have a date. I will come home from vacation that Saturday and have surgery on Monday! WOW - whirlwind month!

Congratulations on getting a date for surgery. July 18th seems like a long time off but the way this year is flying by it will come in no time. So hang in there. Your big day is coming, girl. Melissa

Well, I guess it went up there when I put my date in the profile section. When you go the the "update profile section" where all the blue links are, there is one that says "I've got a date" and I put it in there - guess that's how?! LOL I really have no clue! HUGS

Trust me Kimberly, that day will be here before you know it. I found out my date about 35 days in advance and to begin with I was counting down the days and before I knew it I was 10 days away and then 1 day away. Go ahead and start weaning yourself off of sugar and caffiene if you haven't already started. You will be surprised at just the difference that will make. Be sure to attend the support group meetings up until you have your surgery, all the success stories will keep you excited about starting your own success story! Best of luck! Rhonda
