Quick question

Did any of you have the vena cava filters? Just exactly what happens and were you able to return to work the following day? Thanks!

Angie Sanford from Meridian had the vena cava filter, but I don't know your answers. Check under Angie S in the peers to email her and ask. You probably can go back to work the day after IF it is done as an outpatient surgery. Smoochies Arlies

It's a piece of cake. No pain that I can remember, even though I did get a prescription for pain med. I am retired, so the work question didn't come up, but I believe I would have been able to return to work, maybe on light duty for a day or two. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
