Just a few things...

Anyone remember me complaining last week that my shakes were on sale for $1.50 at Wal-mart and I missed buying them cause they were all gone??? Guess what, I went to Wal-Mart today and they were marked down to $.75... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS. I bought every single one of them. They are normally $5.86 for 6. Used to be 4 for $5.86 but they started giving 2 free... I racked up! I was like a mad woman snatching them up. Anyway... If you like the coffee protein shakes-- GO TO WALMART! 2nd thing... I got to see Angie B today. She is looking so good and so very happy. Austin is a cutie pie... I wanted to bring him home with me. Becky, she paid me for her shirt so add her to the list of paids and add it in to my check, please! Its been a great week. I have finally broken my plateau. I lost 4 pounds this week. I am down to 162 from 266. 104 pounds gone FOREVER (I hope)... As long as I have yall as my support I think it will be okay. I feel so good lately. I am glad its warm. I used to hate the summer cause of swimsuits and I bought one today and I look great in it. Yes, I am being vain! It felt nice! I did have to keep tucking my twins in cause the smaller suits seem to not want to cover the big breasts!! haha... gonna have to get me some tape or something.

Christine, what is the brand-name of the coffee protein shake that i have heard you talk about? I have tried several brands, but always in choclate, vanilla or strawberry. I would like something different. Thanks, Janice

Great for you! Plateaus are sooo hard to get off of! I saw swimsuits in Wal-Mart last year where the tops were cup sized, which helps a lot if you are heavy on the top. At the end of the season, usually after school starts, they mark them down sooo much too, so if you need smaller suits for next season, Walmart is the place to be! I ordered the unjury protein powder since most people said that it was the easiest to tolerate. On the website they do have reciepes and several sounded good like a dreamcicle, and a coffee shake. I will bet that they will work with other protein powders too.

Yea Christine, what brand are the coffee shakes? I used the Atkins Advantage coffee shakes is that what you mean? I ordered me up a passle of protein samples yesterday to see what I like or dislike. I ordered 3 of the unjury flavors them several others from vitalady.com. Hope if I like one now and order a larger container, that post op I will still like it. haha Sue

I got so sick of the choc, strawberry, or vanilla. They were too chalky and too thick. These coffee shakes come in Mocha Latte, Cappucino, and Cafe Caramel. They are not thick and chalky at all but I think I am the only person in the world who drinks them. They are EAS Advantage Coffee House. There are two kinds.. One is sugar free and one is not. Make sure you get the right ones. Its like 6 in a box. They have 110 calories and 15 grams of protein. I usually find them in the pharmacy.

You mean you didnt like my photo??? Thats all the time. I always have the phone to my ear. In the new picture I am cleaning my ear out... haha... from sitting on the phone too long. Always something on my ear. HAHAHA Thank you. That picture was in Feb though.
