Bears weekly post

Hey all, I have had a good week with the meeting on monday then went yesterday to health management connection in hattiesburg to work out and found out I had lost 4 more lbs since monday so I am offically dow 76 lbs since the 14th of March. I am so in shck it isnt funny. It really feels good to be wearing some smaller clothes now. I am actually learning to again so it is good. I was so happy to meet alot of the new folks at the meeting this week they all are such great people. Cant wait to meet all of the rest at the picnic next month. ok well enough from me just wanted to do an update see you all at the picnic. Barry 516/440/275/250 6' to 6'2 dependign on who measures 36 yrs old is this all I am supposed to put?????????? ps has anyone heard anything about Mr Graham?

You are doing great!! I am so happy for you and you are so exstatic... I know you are cause its written all of your face. I love to see the new you blooming... I have done poorly on checking on Milton Graham. I feel awful. I will call the hospital in the morning and see if he is still there. It has been a really busy weekend for us. We went dancing Friday night, Saturday my brother and his family moved back from West Virginia and I had to visit them and then we went to Melissas. Today we went to Peps Point and then to the movies... It was a really busy weekend. If you think about it in the morning, shoot me an email and remind me to call him. I have to do payroll on Mondays for 120 employees and sometimes the day gets away from me before I know it.
