I THANK EACH OF YOU *****SPONDED TO MY LAST POST. MELISSA TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO KEEP A FOOD JOURNAL AND SUE TOLD ME ABOUT FITDAY.COM. SUE, THAT IS A GREAT TOOL. I USED IT TODAY, AND INSTEAD OF GUESSING WHAT MY INTAKE HAS BEEN, I CAN TELL YOU SPECIFICS!!! AND TONIGHT, I READ THE NUTRITIONAL BREAKDOWN THAT THE NUTRITIONIST GAVE TO CHRISTINE AND I MADE A RECORD OF THAT. SO I FEEL MUCH MORE POSITIVE TONIGHT. AND MELISSA AND CHRISTINE AND OTHERS OF YOU TOLD ME THAT PLATEAUS ARE COMMON, SO I AM GOING TO QUIT WORRYING. NOW, IF THE SCALES WILL JUST START MOVING DOWNWARD AGAIN. LOL!!! LOVE, JANICE

Those scales will move when you least expect them to. Mine have finally moved again, this time it moved 3 pounds in a days time. That totally trips me out, when i weigh something one day and then lose 5 pounds the next. I am the worlds worst about weighing too often. I need to put my scales in the closet and then only take them out once a week or month. Instead they sit in my bathroom and I weigh every day or every other day. I don't get upset if I don't lose anything though. I get really excited when I do!! I am sure you are doing fine! Just think of it like this, if you did not have this surgery, would you have lost anything at this point?? Probably not... That is the way I see it, I have lost 58 pounds in 12 weeks, there is no way I could have ever done that on my own. Can't wait to meet everyone at the bash in two weeks!! Counting down the days!!
