MY OTHER LIFE
Hi guys,
Some of you know that I volunteer with CARA (Community Animal Rescue & Adoption) the "no kill" animal shelter here in Jackson.
I am currently working on a huge project to bring the entire state together to form a coalition for low cost spay / neuter programs to help lower the euthanasia and homeless animal rates in MS.
I had an article done on the program today in the Clarion Ledger and thought you might be interested in reading it.

Sue - that's so Cool! Sounds like it's going to be a success!
We have adopted 2 animals from the Friends of Jackson Rescue League (or something like that) this year. Our first addition was a cat @4 months old. She's wonderful and her name is Princess - but she thinks she's a Queen! LOL
Our newest adoption was just a few weeks ago, when we adopted "Dixie". She is the MOST wonderful boxer/lab. She's full grown, house trained, fetches, sits, stays, etc... She is SO COOL!! We love her!
Princess is rather pissed at us, but they actually played a little bit today when no one was looking.
Hugs, from one animal lover to the other!
Kimberly - who also has a *****hilla - just to make things more interesting!
