What kind of vitamins?

What kind of vitamins do all of you post ops take? I have been taking Flintstones chewable and I am really starting to get sick of the medicine taste that they have. I have heard of people talk about the gummy ones, have any of you tried those? Any suggestions? Thanks! Rhonda

Hey Rhonda, I take the equate of flintstones chewables with iron. They are ok to me. I have heard the Centrum Chewables are ok too. Becky

I take a Walgreen's brand One A Day. It is a small orange tablet. I got sick to tears of those chewables. GROSS!! Kitsy

I take Walmart brand ADULT vitminans with extra iron and calcium. Just swallow them! I got sick real quick of the Flinstones. I can not stand the Centrum chewables. I thought they were nasty, but some folks really like them......Ask Dr. M, you may be able to swallow pills....I can... I still take the Flinstones... 2 a day. I dont like the way they taste either but I do it.
