I went to Dr Salameh today and he said I was doing fine. I had lost 13 more pds, since 3 weeks ago so that makes me 35 total. I am still looking forward to the picnic and will bring my food and 2 door prizes. Hope to see you there. Oh yeah I went shopping and went down 3 sizes. That was fun! Jane

Jane, That's GREAT!!! 35 pounds and 3 sizes?! WOW!! I bet you look - and feel - like you've lost more than that! I'm beginning to realize how expensive it will be to stay dressed after surgery! LOL I can't wait! HUGS Kimberly

As I have shared before, don't buy very many things of one size!!! Never pay full price because you wil not get to wear them much!! It's a great feeling!!! Ask friends to let you browse through their closets. Shop clearance or out of season racks. I know you will have fun!! I bought a $90.00 dollar dress at McRaes's for $9.99 . Size 16. They sure didn't have many of those bargains when I was searching for size 32's. Try on anything but buy few!!!!! WLS 02-02-04 minus 225 pounds glenda

Yeayy!!! 35 lbs, how awesome!! I wish I had been able to say I lost three sizes with 35 lbs. Maybe I was just squeezing myself into clothes I should not have worn to start with when I was at my highest??? But I think it took me like 4 months till I finally dropped into the lower size. LOL You go girl!! Great job! ~Andie~

Super Fantastic! If you have some shift kind of dresses, you can use long scarfs as tie belts, this way, they look kinda nice while you are losing weight and can be taken in on the sides until you cannot use them any more, (too large at the top). I will bet that you have friends too that have stuff they dont want or cannot wear, so maybe you can invite a group of friends for a clothes swap. I remember reading that everyone brings stuff out of their closet that they dont like or doesnt fit, then everyone goes through the things and goes home with new stuff that they like! Kind of like a free tupperware party! LOL!
