FOR THE SWEET CRAVERS....CC, THAT'D BE YOU!!!!!

Do ya just have the urge to have something forbidden and sweet and really bad for you???? Here's a little something I came up with that might help you a little bit and it is ALMOST good for you!!!!!
You will need:
Low-fat Ritz crackers (or fat-free crackers of your choice)
Whipped fat-free Philadelphia cream cheese
Smucker's Simply 100% fruit (in the jelly section, and I used blackberry jam!!!!) or a piece of fruit - bananas are good.
Spread some fat-free cream cheese on your cracker
Place a dollop (or slice) of your simply fruit (or banana) on the cracker.
Close your eyes, place in your mouth and think "cheesecake".
YUM!

Is weird because preop I wasnt a sugar eater at all--I was a meat and pasta person... And I did good until recently about wanting sugar. Now its like I want it all the time.
I am going to swim at the Y today so hopefully I will burn some of the calories I consumed yesterday. It was a rough day. But it was mostly protein...NO sugar...
