I have been putting my food down but forgetting to list my exercise for the day.
Monday 30 min. Elliptical; 10 min. wt training
Tuesday 2 workouts - one 30 min at lunch (10 min. Ellip. 20 min wts)
one 30 min evening (15 on treadmill; 15 on ellip)
Thurs 30 min. elliptical and 20 min. weight training
You think that makes up for the part of a cheeseburger I ate Wed. LOL

I just like giving you a hard time about the cheeseburger!!
You totally make up for your bad food days with the exercising. This weekend I am going to try and start to run a little bit. The community center is less than 1/2 a mile from my house and it has a nice track. Gonna start out slow and see where I can get. Walk a little, job a little, walk a little, pass out for awhile, walk a little, fall down on the sidewalk cause I cant breath, walk a little more.. Go home and nap the rest of the day... Hey, it will keep me outta the fridge... Hehe... The weather has been so beautiful and there in no sense in not getting out in it.

My totals don't look too bad, but it looked like I had a lot of carbs, it was like 48%. I am still not sure what amount of carbs I should be taking in. Christine, no chocolate? WOOHOOO!!!
Rhonda --On my profile is an outline that my nutritionist gave me on what I should be getting in a day. It was about 4 mos post op that he gave me this:
Minimum: (600-800 Calories) Protein 42G - Fat 15G - Carbs 60G
Optimal: (1200 Calories) Protein 60G - Fat 50G - Carbs 120G
Maximum: (1600 Calories) Protein 80G - Fat 65G - Carbs 200G
Minimum is not getting enough... Optimal is for good weight loss... Maximum is to maintain --not to lose and not to gain... I dont like how high the carbs seem to be that he is recommending so I really try to not get that high sometimes but sometimes its too hard... Just about everything has carbs in it.

I am not sure how to do Fitday yet. I had crystal light, carbcountdown, some diabetic ensure, 3 tablespooons pureed navy beans seasoned, straberry flavored applesauce.
I tried mashed up spaghettios and up they came. I just can't do food yet. It has been almost 3 weeks since starting this but I am just not ready. If it doesn't flow off the spoon it won't stay down.
Not long until June 5th. Can't wait.

Dinner--OH NO, NO FLAMES
hamburger with mayo and mustard, 2 handfuls of Munchos, 4 vanilla cream cookies, and about 10 jujubes!!! I was at the ballgame. Give me a little break!!
Not really hungry though with taking the Lexapro. Thank goodness. Today I have had 5 mini gherkins and a Blue Bunny smoothie.
And WHOOOOO HOOOOO on no sugar. I ate enough for you!
