Support needed for Mississippi brother

Hi everyone!! I usually lurk on your board but have often thought of asking if yall would adopt me since I'm only 30 miles from the Mississippi line and have a lot of family & friends there. Your board is always so supportive so I know I can count on you. The ex husband of a friend of mine, needs this surgery very badly. He was to have it done in Jackson, MS but the Medicare doctor quit so he was going to have to wait another 9 months to a year. His ex wife didn't think he could wait that long due to his failing health..she used the same surgeon previously. I believe it was Dr. Blake in Jackson. She called me and we sent him to my surgeon and he is having surgery June 3. He had to sell some things to get his part of the money together and is very nervous about the surgery. I am posting a request for support for him and will everyone please take a moment to encouage him & sign his surgery page? Lots of us have been down that road with the Doc leaving. Threw a monkey wrench in ALL our plans. Where will his surgery be? We love out-of-state lurkers.....in fact, we usually adopt them and claim them as Mississippi folks just cause we can!!! So come back often and stay long!!!
