I know I had a salad for supper with turkey shredded up on it....an orange or two.....and I know some other stuff....my mind is still swiss cheese!!!! I barely remember breakfast this morning!!! I need to go back to putting it on that site....bad me!

Its like I told Melissa earlier-- I did better when I kept a log of what I was eating. Thats why I decided to go back to Fitday. I know where I am so tonight I know what I can/should eat. I need to be more accountable for what I am eating.
It was HALF of 1 TWIX! It was so good but you are right --Bad habit and I seem to be testing the water a lot lately.
I asked my daughter this morning what she wanted for dinner. She said Hot Dogs and Mac and Cheese. WOrks for me.. I dont have to worry about eating that. I will just have a shake... and maybe 1 Krystal.. hehehe... Nah... Kidding..

I can't believe that you are eating krystals and twix and stuff. You don't dump from sugar? I tried one time to eat a bite of a burger from Sonic and I threw it back up. That was a few weeks ago, I have not tried again.
Hey Rhonda... Yes, I do normally dump on sugars but it depends on how much I consume. 1/2 of a Twix bar obviously didnt have enough to make me dumpand I always drink a huge gulp of water to wa**** on thru. I dont know if this helps or what but sometimes I cant resist.
My skinny friends can eat the whole 2 bars --I didnt figure 1/2 a bar would kill me.
Kystals doesnt bother me because I dont eat the bottom bun which is very soggy with grease.
I keep a food journal every day whether I am good or bad. I write it down. I buy several at a time from Books a Million. I bought a pocket protein and calorie counter too. I just can't do the fitday site, but I have a stack of filled up journals since surgery though. It really does help to keep track of it though because like you said you know where you are and if you need to do a lite dinner because of lunch and so forth. Plus we have each other to keep one another on track. Miss posting it for the 11th so I would have to fess up on the cheeseburger. Cheap shot girlfriend. I'll get you back, though, Mrs. Twix LOL. Just teasing you. What would you do without me and what would I do without you. Let's don't find out, okay.

You can buy it at unjury.com. It is either flavored or unflavored protein. I find it to clump really bad but some love it. I am sticking with the low carb Slim Fast. It's the only one I find I can tolerate. Don't ask me why I have trouble with the shakes when I can eat EVERYTHING else. Bad girl me ate a hamburger again at the game last night and then a handful of chocolate covered raisins. If anyone needs a whipping, IT'S ME!!

I can do the unjury protein supplement better than any of the other stuff. You can mix this with milk or into your pudding or other foods. I do the vanilla and mix it with my puddings. It has 20g of protein per serving. That is the only way I can get my protein in besides chicken. You are not dumb, my bariatric nurse introduced me to it, I would not have known what it was either. I can't do the carnation instant breakfast, to me, it smells & tastes like baby formula.
