What did you eat today 5/10/05
Yes the bubble gum crack was just for you. I love chicken salad too. I did make it. I cheated a little because I used the canned chicken, but it was good. Here is what was in it:
1 3 oz. can chicken 90 cal 20 protein
1/2 boiled egg 35 cal 3 protein
Green onion
1/4 apple peeled and cut up 22.5 cal
1 tbs lite Hellman's Mayo 45 cal
Dill relish and a little mustard
This little concoction has 192.5 calories and 23 grams of protein in it. It is very tasty too. Full of flavor so it satisfies me.
Yesterday was the day for cool whip LOL. I had some too you know.
My dinner was really good and so easy. I bought a package of the Whole Wheat low carb tortillas at Walmart and I bought a bag of the Tyson Steak Fajita strips you just heat them up in the skillet for about 10 minutes. I heated my tortillas in another skillet using Pam. I put the steak strips, salsa, lite cheese, and lite sour cream on mine. It was really good. The tortillas are really big so I only ate about half of it and ate mostly my meat with the stuff on it. It was really good. To use the rest of my tortillas we are having wraps Thurs. night only with the chicken this time. Really tasty and quick for those nights you are on the run which is every night this week.
