What did you eat today 5/10/05
Hey yall.. Today wasnt such a great day for me... hehehe...
Breakfast: Coffee Shake
Lunch: 1/2 cup of Wendys Chili and 4 or 5 of my bosses fries
Snack: I had massive cravings for something sweet - I ate a tootsie roll and then I had about 4 bites of cool whip straight out of the tub
Other Snack: Peaches in light syrup out of the vending machine
Supper: 1 tamale and about 4 chips and salsa.
I want something now but am fighting the urge to go to the kitchen.
Today is the 2nd day I have thrown up after lunch. I am miserable for a while and then its just gone... I am having soup 2morrow for lunch and maybe a piece of cheese... haha...
What did yall eat???

Just depends on how much of it I get. I can tolerate a little but not a lot. 1 Tootsie roll doesnt hurt and Kool Whip has very little sugar in it.
However if I ate a hershey bar I would probably be very sick.
A taste here and there doesnt seem to bother me but I do dump on sugar and sugar alcohols.
I am also 7 mos out and I think my tolerance to sugar is coming back a little. I am not going to pu**** and I think today I am doing better and will resist the urge to eat sugar.
I am drinking my shake now and brought a healthy choice Lemon Pepper Fish meal for lunch. We have new vending machines in the break room but I am going to walk out in and out of the building thru the front as I dont want the tempation of whatever is new in those machines.
I have good days and I have bad days and yesterday was a bad food day. Head hunger is a devil!!
I had a bad day today as well. I threw up after breakfast and after lunch. I guess we all have our bad days.
Bfst: Cream of Wheat sweetened with Splenda
Snack: watermelon
lunch: Japanese Restaraunt - Chicken, Fried rice, Vegetables - did not eat but a bite or so of the rice but it all came back up
Snack: watermelon
Dinner: Nothing
Late snack: SF Vanilla pudding with a scoop of vanilla unjury
The watermelon seemed to run right through me and everything else except the pudding came back up within 15 minutes of eating it. This morning I have diarrea, and feel kind of nauseaus. Maybe the feeling will fade later in the morning. Sticking with soup may be a good idea for me today as well. Right now I am drinking some OJ and it is not feeling very good on my tummy either.

Dessert Low Sugar Pound cake with fresh peaches and cool whip
I did a no no yesterday. I chewed 3 pieces of bubblegum. I just had the munchies so I had to do something and I had eaten my ice breakers so gum it was to keep my mouth busy. But I did not swallow it.

Was that homemade chicken salad? I love chicken salad but I have never been able to make it like I like it.
I have some icebreakers... I reckon I need to set them out on my desk and throw the tub of kool whip away... hahaha... Just kidding, I threw it away yesterday when I was done with it...
