Update on Abigail Chrisman! This morning - Oxford!

Hey All, I just got back from checking in on Abigail Chrisman, from Walls, Mississippi. She had WLS this morning in Oxford with Dr. Byars... She's just coming out of recovery and moving to ICU 1 To just make sure. Here liver was rather large. Byars is very conservative and goes with the - "Better safe than sorry" policy in recovery. (how great!!) I got to speak with some of her family. She had a "support team" of over 7 folks there. She'll probably move to the second floor tomorrow morning. One of her family members, (her Aunt, I think) was a 4 year Post-Op Who looked GREAT! That's how Abigail had gotten interested in having the procedure. Her "Aunt" has been at goal for over 2 ½ years now, And has given Abigail all of the info on how to get the most out of The Life-Style Change, necessary to have success with WLS! Hey Hijack An enlarged liver is sometimes simply because of being overseight. fat people have afatty liver is what my surgeon said. just to let you know jane
