Insurance Update for Today

Update for today: Well I got the guts up to call the pre-cert department again to ask if she received my fax from yesterday. She said yes she did and that she was still waiting on the info from the surgeon's office. I asked her if she needed any further information from me and she said, "No" that as soon as she got the info from the surgeon's office, that a letter would go out. I was so nervous, I didn't even think to ask if it a letter going out meant approval or denial. Oh whoa'is'me.... Sue
