Info on the t-shirt ordering...

If everyone is in agreeance with the cost I posted as soon as Dx E gets the design I will place the order. So I will start taking orders now. Tell me how many and what sizes. Then when I place the order I will then begin to collect the money. I'll do that by mail or meetings. Either way will be fine. I am so excited about the picnic and the t-shirts I think both were really great ideas Also I think Dx E is doing a couple designs so we will need input on which one to get. Be looking for future updates on the t-shirts.... Becky

just a few questions for you. 1. I am assuming since you live in Carthige by meetings you are talking about your local support group meetings. We have a pretty large support group here in Hattiesburg but there are only a few of us on this site. How are the others suppose to order when we only see them once a month at the meetings? Our next meeting isnt until the 16th of May which means we can not turn in those orders until the 17th at the latest. Is that enough time? 2. How are we going to get these shirts before the bash on June 5th. I know that I would like to wear mine that day not just receive it that day. Also I am sure that people would like to try their shirt on before wearing that day to make sure it fits correctly. 3. Would you be willing to meet some of us from the Hattiesburg support group half way so that we can be assured to receive are shirts on time. My biggest concern is that some of us wont have our shirts in time before the bash. If this is a problem the planning committee for the bash can work something out locally where we can use the same design but use a place here to order shirts for our group. Although it would be great and money saving to order them all from one place but I know you can see my concerns. Just let me know what you think. Denise, I am more than willing to meet someone to be sure ya'll get your shirts in time for the picnic. I myself want to wear mine then too. If anyone has phone #'s were we could call some of those that come to the meeting but don't get online we could try to call them and get their size and how many they want. We will need to order before H'burg next meeting to be sure they have enough time to do them and have enough time to get them to everyone. Glenda, Thanks for the offer to meet. I would be willing to meet Becky in Philadelphia or another location she may suggest and pick up the H'burg group shirts--- if somone would meet me in Laurel to pick them up from me. I can go on Wed or Thurs nights to Philadelphia to meet Becky. What do yall think?
