Insurane Stumbling Bocks

OK folks, after many attempts at even getting my insurance company to accept the paperwork, we have finally found the correct department and opened a "Pre-Cert" case file today. They said it is a 48-72 hour turn-around time. So Liv-Lite will contact them on Friday. She said hopefully they don't require anything else. Please everyone cross your fingers for me..... Sue
