Yes it's been quite a while... I know... I know

Heya out there in OH world.. I know it's been a long time since I've posted.. bad me... bad me... bad me... I have been caught up in the dramas of life.... Just wanted to fill everyone in.. I am doing fantastic.. Better than I could have ever imagined.. I am a year out tomorrow, and I have lost 190 pounds...19 dress sizes, 154 body inches and even a dang shoe size which sucks becasue I have a huge shoe fetish, lol They are testing me for hypoglycimia but thats the only thing.. I am trying to update my pictures on here but as we know the photo staff stay busy busy busy with all of the requests they get in.. If anyone would like before and after picture I would be more than happy to send them one... I do want to thank everyone on here who has supported me, I attend a fantastic group here in biloxi and everyone has been sooo wonderful.. Well I will stop babbling your eyes off.. Just wanted to jump back into the world of message boards now that I am having some extra time to do so HUGSSSSSSSSSS Karen

Well it is about time!! I am so proud of you!! You are my IDOL!! Sorry I had to run out on you all at the last support group meeting but I was sick sick sick.. I ended up in the hospital on that Friday, just could not quit throwing up. Anyways, I am better now. I started back to work yesterday and so far everything is going okay. I still have a problem with my protein intake and my fluids.. I am trying but I can not drink those shakes right now, they make me want to puke. I will try them again soon. I feel fantastic sweetie...Actually today has been very serene.. tomorrow will be my one year anniversary and I can remember exactlly how I was feeling at this moment last year.. its totally surreal... Thanks so much for your kind words HUGS Karen
