Crisis
I know it has been forever since I have been on,but I have a serious problem. I am between a 16 and a 18 womens size. I can't find anything that fits correctly.HELLLLPPP!!! What in the world do I do? I really haven't got anything nice enough for the exchange yet. You know I have sweats and big overgrown t-shirts but no one would want that junk. Anyone got any suggestions on where to start looking for clothing( not too pricey ones either, I don't plan on being in one size too long). Thanks, Kim
i there i was a 20 when i had surgery so i had some clothes but nothing really nice bc i dont work. i like to shop at lerners u can get stuff on sale there a good bit and they send u coupons in the mail for 25 dollars of 785 dollars or more and sometimes more and right now when u spend 30 dollars u can get 15 dollars in city cash which is like a gift certificate to use the next time. i like their pants.u could use the city cash the next time u need something or when u move down another size. and u can sign up for their credit card and get another 15% off that first time i did that recently and for 160$ worth of clothes and accessories for 100.
hope it helps i feel ur pain.

During my weight loss journey I have found bunches of clothes at Hudson's and Dirt Cheap. I know when I was a 16-18 I found some Liz Claiborne and Gloria Vanderbilt pants at Dirt Cheap for 2.00 dollars per pair. I almost hated to give those up when I lost more because they were so cute. You do have to dig in those places. I am not a very good digger, but my mother is the queen of all diggers so I just take her with me and she finds most things for me. So if you are like me and can never find anything, take a friend who loves to dig at Hudson's and get them to help find you some stuff. Good luck!

Check clearance At Wal-Mart. Cute shirts are already marked down to $5.00. Try the stretch knit by White Stag and Faded Glory. I have found they will last through several pounds lost. Try the lyra/cotton jeans and capri pants/ jeans at Wal-mart (md to about 9-7 dollars). Also look for basic pant colors, pants with elastic side waists will last several pounds off. Look in every family member, and friends closet for overshirts to complete an "outfit". Look for denim or chambray shirts for overshirts.
My best advice is purchase only a few things ---they will be too big soon.
Check rummage sales around the first of the month. Wash and allow them dry in the sun. (Sunlight kills germs.)
