Dear Dex, Can you set up a temporary page for Miss Carolyn of Forest so that we can sign it? We need a bazillion notes to her like PJ got.....Since you did such a good job with him, could you with her? She is a sweet lady and may be denied surgery due to medical problems but MOSTLY her age (71, but she looks younger than me!!!!) and she is in misery now and very upset.
