Has anyone found a way to "side step" around the insurance issues of them not paying for a TT after the surgery? Sue

I have heard if you can document rashes, etc., then you can get some insurances to cover your TT as then it becomes a medical necessity rather than "cosmetic". But I am a long way off from getting one!!1 Still have a zillion pounds to go! Smoochies Arlies

Sue, I've heard that if your "lap" hangs at or below the pubic area, you will qualify medically for TT. I also know about the rashes being accepted as medical necessity. I'm no expert! Anyone else out there heard that? HUGS Kimberly

I believe your panni has to hang below your pubic area. I am not positive about that though. You would just need to document your rashes and be very thorough about it. I am getting one, although I don't really need it badly like I thought I would. I will find a way somehow!! Can't wait to meet you! See ya Thurs, Kits
