Saturday up date on Jane

Greetings everyone Jane is still doing ok she has a lot of back pain but still tolorating liquids well. To any one that came home with a drain a question as of tonight Jane's drain has a purple colored stuff coming of it wondering if OK ? Please continue to pray for her and us. Tommy, I had drains a'plenty. Is it an incisional drain? If so the purplish color is probably just Swelling fluid with a bit of blood in it- Very common. If it is a drain to release pressure From the "old stomach," it could be anything from A combination of gastric juices to "black bile." Tell her to ask the Doc if she has anything She's curious about. "Is it Normal???" "Why?" That's how my daily conversations went with my Doc And his staff. I am glad Jane is doing so well!!! Please tell her I think about her alot. I tried to call but never got anyone and then I had all this funeral business at the end of the week, so I just did that and nothing else. Smoochers Arlies
