AFRO MAN'S BACK!!

Hi Guys! I got to come home from the hospital Thursday afternoon. Everything went flawless! Sorry I am just now posting, but I have been a little busy. I just accepted a new job down in Bay St. Louis working at Casino Magic. (Chirstine, DON'T TELL YET! I've been trying to make it in down there for a while now...God really does answer prayers I am recovering beautifully from my surgery and I am going to have my staples taken out on Thursday. My stomach is nice and flat now and I only have one little single line scar going down my belly....if only you could have seen what it looked like before It's a VAST improvement! Jimmy, Great News!!! I had such a dramatic change With my Abdominal reconstruction as well. Does your Doc have you wearing an abdominal binder? If not, look into one. Do what ever you can to prevent and fight off A Seroma. Mine is still hanging around from December. I'm fine, super thin, nearly invisible scar, But I have this little "pooch" poking out Like I'm pregnant with the world's smallest baby And I'm carrying it "Way High!" I'm still in a "girdle" and will be until this little devil Re-absorbs into my body. The estimate is sometime in late June. Take care and ENJOY that new job! Keep us posted! Best Wishes- Dx

Hi Jimmy, Welcome back to the Board. I heard that you was in 1443, my sister was in 1445. She was 2nd surgery for Dr C on monday. She had open and did great. She also got to come home thursday. I am glad that you are out and doing well. I am sure that you will have a speedy recovery. I wish you all the best. Jo

Hiya Jimmy, Glad to hear that your surgery went flawless and you're doing great. A new flat tummy, new job and all. Wohoo!!!! Must be something in the air about new jobs, I've just started a new position myself, although still with the same employer but much better hours and to me, a more interesting and challenging position. My best friend lives in Bay St Louis, one of them days I'll have to stop by over there On that , I should mention, I've only been to BSL once and never even made it to the casino, since hubby and I don't gamble ( so you see, you're safe ) LOL Anyways, the coast is lucky to get a new resident, you'll love it down here (except when those pesky hurricanes decide to roll over us ). ~~Andie~~

Hey Jimmy... I figured something was up when I talked to you last Friday. Your secret is safe with me. Thats why I asked you if you were coming back....Are you coming back at all? I want to see the new you. I figured you went home on Tuesday. I didnt realize they would keep you so long. With that extra gone -- how much have you lost now total? I'll hate to see you leave the paper but I dont blame you for going to the coast. Way more opportunity there. I couldnt live there though cause I have a gambling addiction (seriously)... Glad to hear you are doing good and feeling great... Keep in touch!
