Update so far

As alot of you know I had a bad few days last week after surgery. I thank each and everyone of you for your prayers. I am doing so much better, it is hard to believe the difference a week or so makes. I fell one thousand percent better. I still have my bouts of no energy but so far( knock on wood) no nausea or sickness. So I feel I must be doing a good thing. I cant post a loss of any more weight cause i dont know I know. As of last monday i was -21 lbs hope to weigh this afternoon if I get to hattiesburg like I am planning on doing. Cant find any scales here that can weigh me. but my time is comeing then I can use regular scales. Love you all and thanks again for the encouragement and prayers. Barry So glad to hear from you. You had me really worried last week. I was counting on you to do perfect and that way i would be all ready for my surgery. Hey Boy! I was very, very worried about you and I am so glad you are 1000% better! I was weak for a week or two - maybe just having surgery does that to you. I would run out of steam and even a 15 minute nap helped tremendously! I am so glad I got to talk to you! You sounded just like I thought you would!!! Smoochers Arlies PS 21 lbs!!! You go!!!
