Anyone got any scales for sale??? I know mine must be broke because they wont move!!!!!!!!! No their really not broke but sometimes I do wonder. I can't seem to get them to move lately. I don't know what I'm not doing that I should be but it sure does get frustrating. Just thought I would let ya'll know how I'm feeling these days. Its always nice to have someone to listen. Thanks Becky

Becky just keep chipping away and sooner or later something gotta give. I know you are not giving up and sometimes it does get frustrating. Post-Op's have problems just like Pre-Op's. Just take a breath and take one day at a time. Look for a new hobby like journaling, crafts, or get into a good longgggggg book. Something to keep your mind off your weight. Hope this helped. Take Care

Bless your Heart. Try not to worry too much about it. However, you do know that all scales are liars right ? You can't get the truth out of them for nothing !!! Tammy

Mine arent moving either girl. I will tell you why too... I havent had a protein drink in about a week and a half. I was drinking at least 2 a day for the protein. I have to get to Wal-Mart and get me some more. I just havent had the time. I HAVE to go tomorrow and get stuff for a party we are having Friday at work so I will get more then. I will tell you though.. I have plateauted 3 times. THEY SUCK! You are doing fine though. How much have you lost?

Hey Becky, don't get worried, you're GOING to lose, sometimes your body just holds on for dear life for those pounds ! My body has a pattern, I lose one week a month, the other three weeks I 'm lucky if I drop even a single pound, and for the entire month of January I was totally bummed out, so I re-evaluated the whole eating pattern and I started concentrating on NO carbs, just protein, protein, protein and water and exercise. I'm up to 100 oz of liquid < mainly sugar free crystal lite tea, actually > and lots of veggies and stuff that's high protein, I have again put myself on two protein shakes a day and the scales started moving again. So don't worry, you can't fail, sometimes you just have to ignore the scale and not weigh yourself for a few weeks, THEN you will see an improvement. Just trust me on this, and don't sweat it ok? Take care and God Bless ! ~~Andie~~
