Fitdayers--What Happened?
Okay, I have my meeting with the wonderful Dr. Carsons in 45 minutes so I went to Fitday to print out my reports to discuss with him some issues I am having. The last time I kept a log of my food was 1/28.....What happened to us.
I realize now after looking back over those records that I really need to get back into this. Anyone wanna do it again? I got lazy and I need to get back on track....

I don't do fitday because I just don't have time, but I do keep a journal every day of everything that goes into my mouth. I am on my third journal since my surgery. I have it in my purse along with my pocket protein and calorie counter. I will try to come on daily and post my daily menu with you, though. Journaling has really helped me, and I would even go as far as to say it has played a big part in how well I have been able to do. I have learned alot about my tendencies and habits from journaling and it has helped me see things I need to change and what I can do to change. Looking back in my journal I learned that the days I didn't do as well with my protein and food choices were all very stressful days for me. So like Dr. Carson's said, I have been finding other ways to deal. For example, I have a Donald Duck punching bag in my office. He sits against the wall and when I am stressed every one knows because they can hear me beating the ---- out of him. But it works. I also like to run so I will run the stairs in the building where I work. I also keep a gym bag in my office so when necessary I can go work out on my lunch hour to relieve stress. I really enjoyed Dr. Carson's last night. He made a whole lot of sense.
Well, I will come on tonight and look for your daily food post and post my intake. It really did help me to do better knowing I had to let you all see my journal of food choices LOL.
