Hi, New Around Here
It is an awful feeling, isnt it.. haha... I learn for about the next meal -- usually I wont eat dinner - but by lunch time the next day I am doing it again... Ugh, miserable!
I always want to lay in bed after I eat...Sad isnt it. Needless to say - its a shake for dinner tonight, bath and then bed.... This week is catching up with me!
Hi there. Thanks for the welcome. You guys are all so warm and friendly.
I'm very excited about having surgery sometime in the near future and then trying to get pregnant again some time down the road. At first I thought that was my main reason for wanting this surgery, because we've tried so hard with the meds and procedures to get pregnant. But the more I think about it the more that I know it's for other reasons too.
I want to be healthier. I want to look better. I want to feel better; physically and emotionally. I want to stop being a wallflower and step int the limelight, but i'm sure you understand what I mean.
It's a win/win situation. Even't if this doesn't help us with the fertility issues, I'll be a much healthier person who will probably be around a lot longer to spend time with the people that I love
(Hugs)
Hi Michelle,
Welcome and I am glad you decided to join in. This is a great place to converse with people who truly understand you and how you feel and things you are going through and have gone through. The Mississippi board is great for family like support, and I have found the main message board to be very helpful at times with information and answering questions I have had to come up.
Good luck on getting your surgery. Hopefully you will be on the losing side really soon. I am really glad I had the surgery and would definitely do it all over again because I now have my life back. Hope you continue to post here and keep us updated.

Hey Michelle,
Welcome to the Ms. message board.
You'll fit right in. We are "normally" a big happy family.
If there is anyway that I can help you with what info
I have I'll be glad to share, as will anyone else here.
Maybe you'll get done pre-op testing quick and get a date soon.
Hang in There, Tammy
Hi Michelle
welcome to the board, we're all a pretty happy bunch and glad to help at the drop of a dime if needed, so make sure to come to us if you need anything.
I too have battled hypertension and borderline diabetes and went full fledged diabetic just before surgery. I no longer need medicine for blood pressure and my sugar is normal. This surgery was my life saver, and I'm not done losing yet, but as of today I am healthy and have no complications.
Good luck and hope to see you here on the board frequently
