One month checkup!!!!

We went down yesterday, and I was sick as sick can be....Got to the hotel and went to bed about 5 pm and cried myself to sleep cause I felt sooooo bad. Dr. J says I had a virus because even if you said "crackers" to me I started gagging and dry heaving.....nothing to come up!! But I know ya'll don't care about that you just wanna know how much I lost!!! TA DA TA DA!!!! (building anticipation here!) In the last 3 weeks, I have lost 31.2 lbs!!!! That's 40.5 lbs since surgery (tomorrow will be 1 month) and a GRAND TOTAL of 71.7 lbs!!!! And if I were completely over this virus, I'd be thrilled!!!! I am going to bed for a LLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGG winter's nap and will talk with ya'll tomorrow!!! Smoochies & Hugs Arlies PS I got to see Rhonda for about 2 seconds and she is SO excited about her surgery she can hardly stand herself!!!

Arlies! I'm so happy for you! 71.7 lbs in 2 months! Hard to believe, isn't it! I'm sorry you have that ole virus. My daughter and grandson had it at the same time a week or so back. I know it is really bad. Hope you feel better soon and can celebrate this great weight loss! You are my hero! Susan
