One More Time!

OK, Surely I have accidentally offended an Old Lady In New Orleans, with a bag of Cat-lips and Frog Toes. Thinking my ongoing dance with surgical procedures Had finally come to an end, I got the news yesterday, that I have an Inguinal Hernia. Someone must have a little Voodoo Doll that they keep Whittling down to match my size. Yes, Back into the Hospital for another surgical procedure- Having my hernia repaired. Left side, Pelvic region, but away from my "Naughty Bits." I go in first thing this Saturday Morning. As a result, I won't be able to keep the "Daily Count Down" Going over the weekend and maybe even for The first part of next week. Anyone willing and able to keep it up while I'm away? Just Post a reply if you can. Where is Skin E.? After starting that new Job of his, I've lost track of him. So anyway, Hopefully this procedure will go as planned Without the quirky complications that have popped up For me in my previous procedures. At least now, I know all of the Nurses and Hospital Staff. Keep me in your thoughts and/or prayers for Saturday. I'm running by this afternoon to do my "Pre-Admit" paperwork. Anyone with a recent- Non-incisional hernia repair that can give me an Idea of what to expect? Of all of my previous surgeries, this one is By far the least invasive. Drop me a reply if you can step in for the "Count Down" Or if you have some info on Inguinal Hernia Repair. (If you are an Old Voodoo Mama with a Dx-Doll, Please accept my deepest apology!) Dx, Bless your Heart. You have been through it a time or two. You have got to stop having problems at some point. I hope & pray. As far as a VooDoo lady, well..... Maybe you should offer some type of a sacrifice to the VooDoo Gods that be. I'd suggest going to KFC and killing a chicken Kick the curse and get a meal.... All in one trip. Hang in There. Man oh Man! Well, if it's any consolation, my son had 2 inguinal hernia repairs and it seems like recovery was fairly easy. Kids are alot easier in some ways though. I just hope that all goes well and this one will be a very quick recovery time for you! Let us know how it goes! Keeping you in my prayers! HUGS Kimberly

Sweetie - Sorry to hear about having to have the surgery. But know that you will be covered in prayer on Saturday. When I was in the hospital my doctor was amazed at how well I did post-op and I knew it was because so many of my friends and family were praying for me. Keep us posted, Blessings, Carolyn

Aw heck, Dex, you must'a really offended that old voodoo lady.....You must be hiding your bad boy side from all of us! Did you forget to carry Madam Zeronie up the hill to drink from the stream???? I will be praying all goes well and NO MORE PROBLEMS. (That is a threat!!) I am beginning to think you might have your eye on a couple of them nurses since you seem to be returning to them so much!
