Hi-Protein Egg Salad
1 large boiled egg
1 stick low-fat part skim string cheese
1 tsp mayo*
a touch of chopped onion and bell peppers or roasted red pepper
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
Put it all in the food processor and grind it up to suit you.

Fat: 10 grams
Carbs: 2 grams
Protein: 15 grams
*low-fat mayo would be best if you can tolerate it or salad dressing
