What We Ate Friday 2-04-05
Sorry I haven't checked in lately but I've been battling a bug and later trying to cover a frend's patients while she is on vacation. Looks like no one else wanted to 'fess up about what's been eaten lately (except a few posts I've seen referring to grapes, you know who you are!) I'm glad you are OK, ahh these things do pass. I'll start...
5:30 coffee
8:00 protein bar (Carb Solutions Peanut Butter)
2:00 protein bar (Balance Gold Caramel Nut Blast)
4:00 Chicken strips 2 (Battered but oven fried)
9:00 Handful of Trail Mix
60 oz water
Multi vit, iron, potassium, calcium, and my last anti-biotic dose & a Zertec along with the usual 'scripts.
Exercise: only walking down halls.
Unfortunately, when I get busy this is a common eating pattern. Now you know what I meant when I told you all that my husband often tells me I can't live on protein bars alone.
Next week will be a booger so I'll try to eat better and post about it too! I'll catch up on the weeks posts later today. I've only skimmed the titles so far and checked into the most dramatic ones like Melissa's-Grape of Wrath!

HI Elesha,
don't worry about them protein bars, I'm kinda addicted to them too. Protein bars and beef jerky. I can't snack at work, and meals are a no-go on my lunch, I have to run home to walk my dog and then turn around go back to work, I totally understand the need for protein bars!!
this is my food for yesterday:
0700 snickers marathon low carb bar < peanut butter>
1130 big decaf coffee
1415 handful of beef jerky
1745 2 reduced fat mozarella sticks
1900 protein shake
2030 1 slice of mushroom/onion/candian bacon/tomato pizza
Water: 40 ounces
Crystal light peach tea: 40 oz
milk in protein shake: 8oz
big decaf coffee: 16 oz
total 104 oz
I have sinned, I had pizza, but I didnt eat the crust!! Hahah
