i have a good recipe with 27gs of protein and only 9gs of fat/serving
hey guys i got this out of woman's day magazine feb. edition.
its 1lb of ground turkey
1 pkg of liption taco or mexican rice
1 15oz can of black beans(rinsed)
brown turkey and drain; add in rice mix and 2 cups of water; bring to a boil then cover and turn to simmer on low for about 9-10min or until rice is tender. take off heat,stir in beans until beans are warm.
you can eat it like this or wrap in soft taco tortilla and add salsa sour cream, cheese or any of your other favorite taco toppings.i like to add grn onions to mine too. well just thought i would share this with u guys its pretty good and good protein. if u have any questions let me know.
